  • This form must be submitted up to 6 weeks prior to the event.

  • The church will email you when your event is approved.

  • I understand that I cannot promote or make plans for this event if the form is not approved first.

  • THERE ARE CHARGES for using our church facility.

  • Please review our Candlelight Building Rates and CCF Facility & Parking Lot Lease Agreement under Church Forms on our website before proceeding.

  • This form is subject to approval by our Assisting Pastor and/or Senior Pastor.






Time example: 12:00 PM


Which rooms will you be needing?

Occupancy: Room(s) available: Monday – Friday: 9am to 5pm. After 5pm for 10 or more people. Saturday & Sunday: 9am to 5pm for 10 or more people all day. Sat exception after 5pm: Bigger events- e.g.: weddings.
